Inside Sales Representative:

MFT is seeking to grow its team of inside sales representatives to develop relationships with small business owners across the united states who are in pursuit of working capital for their businesses.

You will have the opportunity to help grow the economy and become an expert in small business funding.

AS PART OF THE INSIDE SALES TEAM, YOU WILL

  • Be provided with high quality leads daily
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Follow the Seek Business Capital training to close deals
  • Hit the phones hard and generate new business (No cold calling!)
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline daily
  • Be active in continual industry learning

  • You have sales or call center experience
  • You have tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • You have a great personality with superior communications skills
